Congrats to a very good friend & client Chris Geiger on selling his townhouse last month!

Chris only purchased his townhouse a year ago, but due to his job relocation, he had to sell his spacious townhouse in sought-after Sandy Springs. Even in a year, we’re happy to say that Chris got a nice return on his investment.

It’s been a great experience not only helping Chris purchase his townhouse a year ago, but helping him sell it too. We’re sad to see Chris move, but we know he is going to do great things in California, and we’re so excited for his new adventure!
