Congrats, Andrew! You’re officially a homeowner! We’re so happy for you!

Andrew was renting in Brookhaven, but knew that owning a home was a much wiser investment. Ideally, he wanted to stay close to his current location, but was willing to explore some other neighborhoods close by.

He also kept an open mind when it came to other features such as square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms. He knew that he might have to compromise on something to get his ideal location.
