Buyer – Chamblee

Congrats, Stacey and Justin on your first home! You’re officially homeowners! Adulting just got real, ha!

We all know it’s a pretty competitive market to be a Buyer right now. Seriously, it’s like the Game of Thrones out there with everyone battling over the same home. However, Stacey and Justin’s positive attitude and willingness to make a few compromises, helped them win their throne in a sought after neighborhood in Chamblee!

Stacey and Justin came to us with a goal to find a fully renovated home within their budget, and they quickly realized just how competitive it was to find a turnkey home in their ideal location.

We introduced them to a neighborhood only a few minutes outside their ideal neighborhood and they fell in love! When their perfect home hit the market, they wrote an offer that same day. We weren’t taking any chances on them missing out!

Stacey and Justin’s home is an adorable split-level that is fully renovated from top to bottom. It features an open concept perfect for entertaining, stunning marble counters, gleaming hardwoods throughout and a large yard! Plus, it’s located walking distance to Dresden Park, only minutes to Dresden Village in Brookhaven and all the yummy restaurants and new developments in downtown Chamblee.

Here’s a little insider knowledge for you: Almost every home in the neighborhood with the same floor plan has walls separating the kitchen from the family room; the walls were removed to create this beautiful open concept.

Gleaming hardwoods, grey custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous white marble counters make this the perfect kitchen for entertaining.
