Setting the right price is key. Overpricing may cause your home to grow stale while under pricing might leave money on the table. With Jessica’s updates and repairs, we were able to list for $10k higher than her original list price.
We utilized our marketing strategy to create high interest and generate multiple offers. Within 24 hours, Jessica was under contract for $5k higher than list price, thus bringing her grand total to $15k higher than her goal.
