We’re excited to announce that our brokerage, Keller Knapp Realty, Inc., joined forces with Red Robin Group, LLC this month to bring our diverse strengths and resources together to better benefit our agents and most importantly our clients!

Keller Knapp has experienced tremendous growth since 2009, with sales increasing from $25M to $300M in 2016, and to manage this growth, our Broker, Weslee Knapp, looked at firms with strong marketing, training and management systems in place. We feel we have found the perfect match in a partnership with Red Robin Group!

We believe the merger with Red Robin Group, a smaller Atlanta firm, is a huge win for both brokerages! Our merger will enable us to take our marketing and management systems to the next level thus increasing our capabilities to better serve our clients.

Currently, Keller Knapp is located with offices in two key in-town Atlanta markets, Decatur and Midtown. As we merge with Red Robin Group, we will gain a 3^rd office in the fast growing southeast Atlanta market! We will also have over 100 agents!

We will continue to maintain our company as a boutique firm, ensuring we keep a culture that feels like a family. We will also continue to focus on maintaining strong relationships with our clients and with the communities we serve.
