Buyers – Brookhaven

BIG, BIG congrats to Ryan and Kimberly, who closed on their new home in Brookhaven last month! From getting married to purchasing their new home, Ryan and Kimberly have had a very exciting few months, and we’re so excited for them on their new adventure!

I know, I know, again with the competitive market talk, but it really is tough to be a buyer in a market that is majorly lacking inventory, even when you know that owning is the right financial investment for you.

Due to the lacking inventory, Ryan and Kimberly were having a very challenging time finding a home that fit their needs. However, with a little creativity and their willingness to take quick action, we were able to help them find an amazing home that wasn’t even on the market!

Not only is their new home located in an extremely desirable neighborhood walking distance to Murphy Candler Park, it’s absolutely gorgeous! Equipped with a gourmet kitchen, a large private backyard and a full finished basement, we’re sure they’ll enjoy many nights entertaining friends and family!
